So---
check out the moss on these trees. It
was really cool, looking
at the forest as we hiked
in the mountains recently. Moss on
trees often means maturity, but certainly indicates moisture. The trees were big, and they surrounded
a
beautiful flowing stream heading east toward the sea.
![]() Perhaps this spot was like the trees Ezekiel saw in his vision of heaven, with the waters symbolic of the gospel of Christ flowing freely with Grace…. Ezek
47:7-8…..”When I
arrived there, I saw a great number of trees on each side of the river. He said to me, ‘This water flows toward
the
eastern region and goes down into the Arabah, where it enters the Sea. When it empties into the Sea, the water
there becomes fresh.’”
W I pray today that you’re able to drink from the Gospel unto fresh and living water, with others huddled in prayer and ministry, to impact the world with a fresh touch unto His eternal glory. As the moss covers ground and living trees, so may your prayers cover the living work of people serving our Lord and King. |
