  Happy New Year

  Happy New Year! I pray that you are anticipating good things in the year ahead. 

  The word I’m thinking about as this new year unfolds is the word WISDOM.  I need more of it, I’m thirsty for more of it.  So I’m thinking today about Proverbs 8:11… “For wisdom is far more valuable than rubies.  Nothing you desire can compare with it.” 

  I desire more wisdom in this coming year:

        -wisdom to know how to best pray for friends and family

        -wisdom to see the good that God is doing in the lives of people around me

        -wisdom to see people as God sees them

        -wisdom to see His fingerprints in the people and situations I encounter

  Proverbs 4:7 says, “Getting wisdom is the wisest thing you can do.”

  So I pray for you the words of Ephesians 1:17 today, “…asking God the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom so that you might grow in your knowledge of God."
